New Balance has perfected the art of balancing customer expectations and satisfaction. A perfect example is releasing the New Balance Dynasoft Nergize v3, which is a low-stacked,highly breathable, flexible and soft-cushioned slip-on training shoe.

The Dynasoft Nergize v3 is a women’s and kid’s cross trainer or lifestyle shoe with a combination of comfort and performance.

New Balance Dynasoft Nergize v3 Upper Design and Fitting

New Balance Nergize V3 Upper

The upper part features a synthetic air mesh upper, which offers stretch, snug-fitting, and breathability. The upper has a sporty lifestyle design, perfect for a casual outfit. It has eye-catching colorways that give it flair.

The heel collar and tongue have moderate padding and offer sufficient comfort. The heel counter is rigid enough but not restrictive. It is also low in height and doesn’t rub the Achilles or ankle bones. The overall structure of the upper of Dynasoft Nergize v3 is moderately narrow, but the toe box is roomy enough to allow the toe to splay out naturally. The slight narrowness combines nicely with the stretchy upper material to offer an exceptional, snug feel.

Therefore, the slip-on-design offers a secure and snug fit. Nergize v3 is also easy to put on and off using the pull tab placed at the heel.

New Balance added the NB Memory Insert, which offers a soft feel when standing or making steps. However, they are not steady yet not distractive. Still, these insoles are removable, allowing me to use my favorite inserts.

While the upper is comfortable and snug-fitting, it is proper to consider going wide or a size up if you want more room in the toe box, especially if you are not a narrow-footed option. Hence, consider going a size up from the standard size. There is a wide option for wide-footed individuals.

New Balance Dynasoft Nergize v3 Midsole Design and Performance

New Balance Nergize v3 Midsole

The midsole features the Dynasoft midsole foam, concocted with the EVA foam, thus offering a balance of responsiveness and cushioning that is perfect for lightweight workouts and daily wear, even at work. The midsole cushioning is not marshmallow; neither too firm nor too soft. Hence, there is a balance of firmness and softness at medium levels. It is also incredible that New Balance designers are environmentally conscious since the midsole of Dynasoft Nergize v3 is 3% bio-based content.

Dynasoft Nergize v3 Outsole Design, Traction and Stability

New Balance Nergize V3 Outsole

A flexible outsole rubber in high-contact or traction areas protects the soft midsole foam. Outsole rubber has slip-resistant properties, enabling it to handle a variety of conditions well. The flex grooves in the outsole enhance flexibility, creating a natural foot movement. The flex grooves also make heel-to-toe transitioning seamless during light training while the bottom offers more significant balance and support than the Adidas Puremotion 3.0

The brownish outsole rubber adds a bit of contrast to the upper, creating a stylish appearance of New Balance Nergize v3.

New Balance Nergize v3 Ride and Performance

I use my pair of Dynasoft Nergize v3 for morning workouts, especially on the treadmill, and the performance is satisfactory. I have another pair of Nergize v3 that I use for all-day walking. As a nurse, I stand and walk around the facility for hours so, the Dynasoft Nergize v3 fit my needs perfectly. They are lightweight, breathable, and soft. Besides, there is Nergize 3  mule design that I must try out.

Why You should buy New Balance Dynasoft Nergize v3

The Dynasoft Nergize v3 is lightweight and snug-fitting with a soft underfoot feel. It suits someone looking for easy-to-slip-on, light, and comfy sneakers for all-day casual wear.

Why You should not buy Dynasoft Nergize v3

Don’t buy Nergize v3 if you are looking for significant support because this is a neutral shoe with a less solid heel counter and no posting at the bottom.
